To visit the public site for a fair, go to the Calendar page and click on the link in the "Fair Info" column. Detailed information including booth assignment and directions will be emailed to registered exhibitors about two weeks prior to each career fair.
Booth set-up time begins 1.5 hours before the fair opens to the public. All Booths must be set up 30 minutes prior to the fair opening to the public
Booth breakdown time begins when the fair closes to the public, and concludes 1 hour later.
We prefer 30 days prior to the event date but we will accommodate late registrations to the best of our abilities. However, spaces fill up fast and earlier registration ensures your company will get an ideal booth location and be listed on promotional materials.
Our fairs are designed so every booth is strategically located to maximize viewing. Booths are allocated on a first-registered, first-served basis. Upgraded packages get priority booth placement in the most visible areas of the hall. Final booth assignments will be confirmed approximately 2 weeks prior to the fair.
When considering items to display in your booth, please keep in mind that set-up time is limited to one hour. Exhibitors are permitted to distribute giveaways from their booth space, including small wrapped food items such as candy or mints. The character of all exhibits is subject to the approval of CareerExhibitors.com, and we reserve the right to curtail exhibits or parts of exhibits which reflect unfavorably upon the character of the event. For complete information please see our Expo Terms and Conditions. For questions about restrictions or special needs please call us at 888.397.6846.
Parking is not included in the package price, however most venues have reasonably-priced options in close proximity.
The deadline for cancellation is 3 weeks prior to the career fair. There will be no refunds in the event of a cancellation. If your registration is cancelled a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the fair, your fees will be applied to the next event in your area. Cancellations must be received by email or mail by the stated deadline. Cancellations made less than 3 weeks prior to the fair are considered no-shows. No-shows forfeit all registration fees and are not eligible to receive a refund or transfer fees to another fair.
